Shipping, Delivery and Returns

I want your artwork to arrive safely and securely, wherever you are in Australia. All artworks are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Complimentary shipping is available Australia-wide on original artworks and prints purchased through my website.

Original Artworks

​

Processing Time

Original artworks are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If an artwork requires framing, special preparation or additional packaging, a little extra time may be required. I will contact you if this applies to your order.

Packaging

Every original artwork is carefully and professionally packaged using protective and archival-quality materials. Depending on the size and nature of the artwork, larger pieces may be shipped flat, boxed or securely crated.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier or postal service. Once your artwork has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

For particularly large or delicate artworks, I may contact you before dispatch to discuss the most appropriate delivery method.

Prints

​

Processing Time

Print orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited-edition prints may require additional processing time.

​

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Depending on the size, they may be shipped flat with protective backing or securely rolled in a sturdy protective tube.

​

Multiple prints may be packaged together where appropriate.

Click and Collect – Berry, NSW

Free Click & Collect is available from Berry, NSW, by appointment.

Once your order is ready, I will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Express Local Delivery

​

For customers located within the following areas quick local delivery is available:

• Shoalhaven district,

• Kiama Municipal Council area,

• Shellharbour Council region,

• Wollongong and the Illawarra area, including Helensburgh,

• Sutherland Shire,

• Bowral/Wingecarribee Council region and 

• Goulburn.

International Shipping

​

International shipping is available for both original artworks and prints.

​

As international shipping costs vary considerably depending on the artwork size, weight and destination, international shipping is quoted individually.

​

Please contact me at mh.donna@gmail.com before purchasing if you are located outside Australia. I will provide a shipping quote and confirm the available delivery options for your destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

​

Every effort is made to package your artwork securely and ensure it arrives safely.

​

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. I will assist you in resolving the issue and, where appropriate, with any courier or postal claim.

​

While I cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, I will do everything reasonably possible to assist with delivery issues.

​

Returns and Refunds

​

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks or commissioned works.

​

Prints may be returned where they are faulty or damaged.

​

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an artwork or print has a major fault, is significantly damaged in transit or is not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
