Shipping Policy

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.

Original Artworks

​

Processing Time

​

Original artworks are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If framing or special preparation is required, additional time may be needed and will be communicated prior to dispatch.

​

Packaging

​

Original artworks are professionally packaged using archival and protective materials. Larger works may be shipped flat, boxed, or crated depending on size and medium.

​

Shipping & Delivery

​

Shipping costs for original artworks are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier or postal delays outside my control.

​

Insurance & Tracking

​

Where available, shipments include tracking and basic insurance. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request prior to dispatch.

​

Prints

​

Processing Time

​

Print orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited edition prints may require additional time.

​

Packaging

​

Prints are packaged securely, either flat with protective backing or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on size.

​

Shipping & Delivery

​

Shipping costs for prints are calculated at checkout. Multiple prints may be shipped together where possible to reduce costs.

​

Click & Collect (Berry, NSW)

​

Click & collect is available free of charge from Berry, NSW by appointment.
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time.

​

Local Delivery – to Various Council Regions

​​

Local delivery is available for a small flat fee or complimentary delivery (depending on artwork size and distance) to the following areas:

​

  • Shoalhaven district,

  • Kiama Municipal Council area,

  • Shellharbour Council region,

  • Wollongong and the Illawarra area, including Helensburgh,

  • Sutherland Shire,

  • Bowral/Wingecarribee Council region and 

  • Goulburn.

International Shipping

​

International shipping is available for both original artworks and prints.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

​

Damaged or Lost Items

​

Every effort is made to ensure artworks arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

​

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the artwork is faulty, significantly damaged in transit, or not as described.


I am not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but I will assist with claims where possible.

​

Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

​

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original artworks or commissioned works.


Prints may be returned only if faulty or damaged.

​

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
